Originally from Atlanta and later South Florida, Joyanna’s creative journey began in dance, training across ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, and precision styles. She has choreographed award-winning competitive routines, taught at multiple dance studios, and served for three years as Lead Choreographer and Featured Ensemble member in the Orlando-based holiday stage production, ‘Christmas Is…’. She’s also had the privilege of assisting Broadway choreographers, Lloyd Culbreath, Sergio Trujillo, and Rachelle Rak through The Broadway Artists Intensive at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach, FL.
Joyanna has furthered her craft through prestigious workshops and intensives in New York City, including The Rockettes Summer Intensive, The Source NYC, Exactitude Precision Dance Workshops, and other programs led by industry professionals.
